No account, login or registration is required. Add products to your bag, enter contact and delivery details, select delivery, review the full price and agree to the terms before selecting Place Order.

Bank Transfer (Vorkasse)

Bank details will be provided separately by email after your order is placed. Please wait for those details before making a transfer and include your order number as the payment reference (Verwendungszweck). Your order will be processed and prepared for shipment once payment has been received and confirmed.

New orders start with Pending payment. No card details are requested and no payment is processed when you select Place Order. Your billing address is the same as your delivery address.

Order receipt and acceptance

The confirmation page acknowledges receipt, not payment or dispatch. Keep the order number and private page link. The operator must confirm acceptance, payment terms and a delivery schedule before fulfilment.

Prices and currencies

EUR is the base currency. USD, GBP and PLN use fixed demonstration conversion rates, not live financial rates. The selected currency and item prices at the time of order are saved and do not change when catalog prices change. Prices are displayed VAT included. This site does not issue a tax invoice when an order request is submitted.

Promotions and stock

Eligible percentage and fixed promo codes are checked against their minimum spend, active state and expiry. Stock and final amounts are checked again when the order is placed. An item may become unavailable while it is in your bag.

How do I choose a notebook or sketchbook?

Start with your medium. Ruled pages suit writing, dotted pages work well for flexible planning, and plain paper leaves space for sketches. For wet media, check the product’s paper weight and suitability rather than assuming every notebook can take watercolour.

What should I check before choosing art materials?

Read the materials, dimensions, features and use-and-care details on the product page. Match paper to your medium and consider whether you need a portable set or a larger desk setup. Colours can appear different on different screens.

Are the brands and photographs real?

St. Majewski is the storefront of St. Majewski sp. z o.o., based in Pruszków, Poland. The eight studio brands in this collection remain fictional demonstration brands. The product and category photographs are independently sourced real photographs, used as illustrations rather than verified images of the exact fictional-brand goods. Ratings are illustrative, not verified customer reviews.

Where do you deliver?

Supported destinations are the 27 EU member states: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden. The country selector at checkout lists these destinations. For island, remote-area or territorial addresses, contact us to check availability before submitting an order request.

Shipping & Delivery

How much does shipping cost, and when is it free?

Standard delivery costs €4.90 and is estimated at 3–6 business days from dispatch. It is free when the merchandise subtotal is strictly over €75 before discounts; exactly €75 is not eligible. Express costs €9.90 with an estimate of 1–3 business days and is never free. Weekends and public holidays are excluded.

Do I need an account, and how do I pay?

No account is required. Review your bag, enter delivery details and place your guest order. No online payment or card details are collected. Bank Transfer (Vorkasse) is selected by default. Bank details are provided separately by email after ordering. Use your order number as the transfer reference; payment remains pending until receipt is confirmed.

Which currencies and promotions can I use?

Prices start in EUR, with USD, GBP and PLN available using fixed demonstration conversion rates. The selected currency and historical prices are saved with the order. Promo codes must be active, unexpired and meet any minimum spend; final prices and stock are checked again when you place the order.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Contact the studio promptly with your order number and requested correction. Changes depend on the order’s stage and cannot be promised after dispatch. Keep your private confirmation link for your records and avoid sharing it publicly.

Can I return goods or request a refund?

A 14-day withdrawal right applies to eligible EU distance purchases. Notify the operator clearly, then return goods within the applicable period. Personalised products may have lawful exceptions; stationery is not automatically excluded. Statutory rights for faulty or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.

How do I save or print my order?

Your thank-you page shows the order number, items, contact details, delivery address and totals. Choose Print Order Confirmation to print the acknowledgment or save it as a PDF through your browser. This record is not proof of payment or a tax invoice.

What is saved in my browser?

Your bag, wishlist, currency and cookie choices are saved locally to support your visit. Optional analytics and marketing are off by default; neither tool is currently installed. Use Cookie Settings below to review your choices at any time.

How should I look after my stationery?

Store paper flat and dry, away from direct sunlight. Cap pens after use and follow the product’s cleaning guidance. Clean brushes according to the medium used and reshape bristles gently. Always check product-specific instructions before using solvents or wet media.
